Hours Of Operation
Normal business hours Monday thru Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm, although,
everything we do is by appointment only.  A scheduled appointment
is very helpful to all involved so we may give each and every client
our personal attention and not have multiple families concurrent.
Hours Of Operation On Weekends
Saturday from 8:30 am  to 1:00 PM and on call after 1 PM subject to return to the office upon your request.
Sunday we are on call and available to meet a family upon request at the office. We do not pick up pets from a residence on Sunday’s. We will meet with a family and receive your pet in to our care at the office only.
Hours Of Operation On Holiday’s
We are available every holiday except for Thanksgiving Day. This is the ONLY day of the year that we are closed.

You may contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and after 7 PM your phone call will be returned the following morning.

We DO NOT pick up pets in homes after 6 o’clock PM for the safety of our family service staff members, although we will make the necessary arrangements to pick your pet up from your residence the following morning at 8 am.  This arrangement would need to be scheduled.
